Michelle Rodriguez Released Early

The L.A. County Sheriff’s Department released dykealicious Michelle Rodriguez after she served 18 days of her 180 day sentence.

The judge who sent her away wanted Michelle to serve her full sentence and the Sheriff is in hot water, according to TMZ:

Law enforcement sources say the Sheriff felt he had to treat Rodriguez the way he treats every other female inmate. Because of severe overcrowding, the standard is to release everyone after they serve 10% of their time. Even though the judge drew the line in the sand and demanded the full nine yards, the Sheriff felt equality was more important.

So the Sheriff has feelings for chicks, straight or not... that shouldn't mean it's okay to go against a court order esp. when the judge draws a line. She deserves to serve her full sentence and now should have time added for getting out early. How the hell are they going to set an example out of these screwball celebrities?
