I AM NOT A LESBIAN! I Just Look Like One.

In an interview with Radar, the “radical liberal” (code for Lesbian) filmmaker Randy Bean denied her suspected Lesbian relationship with Condoleezza Rice says:

Condi (Condoleezza Rice) and I have been friends for 25 years. We co-own an investment property in Palo Alto. We do not share a home.…The insult to my integrity is not that I’m gay but that I’m closeted. For the record, I’m straight. Anyone who knows me knows how strongly connected I am to my values and political beliefs. If I were gay, I’d be out, loud, and proud.

Bean also says queer speculations are “rumor-mongering at its least imaginative.”

Doesn't she kinda look like Randy Dean from True Adventures Of Two Girls In Love?

Butch Photo Of The Day - Katherine Moennig aka SHANE!

I have to admit it, I like the L Word. The story arc isn't always the best but I gotta support any TV show that has lesbians let alone lesbians in sex scenes. Thank You Cable!

But I LOVE SHANE. shane, shane, shane..oh how I think of you. In reality I'd like you to gain about 20lbs and butch it up a little more. But even without all that you woo me with your voice and those eyes....DAMN! I wouldn't even have to be the bottom...or is shane a bottom...is she even really gay or not?

I needed to know so I did a little googling to see what I could find. So, here is what Boston's GLBT magazine The Edge said about Katherine's sexuality as part of their Maybe Gay series.

Anyone who hasn’t speculated on Kate Moennig’s sexual preference obviously hasn’t seen a single episode of Showtime’s hit lesbian drama The L Word. This girl just screams ’dyke’ every time she gets in close proximity to another woman-and on The L Word, that’s very close indeed. If that’s not enough, before Moennig played gay, she played male (as Jake Pratt in Young Americans) and transsexual (Law and Order).

Rumors to Support: In 2005, the New York Post’s Page Sex reported Moennig and Portia de Rossi’s ex-girlfriend Francesca Gregorini ’canoodling’ at a party "in full view of guests". In 2006, L Word co-star Jennifer Beals lumped Kate in with a list of women she consults when she needs help ’playing a lesbian’. All of the other women she mentioned, Leisha Hailey, Illene Chaiken & Rose Troche are out lesbians.

On the Contrary: Kate has steadfastly refused to discuss her sexual orientation, though as we all know, that really doesn’t help people think you’re straight. Moennig has never been linked to a long-term relationship with another woman. But then again, she hasn’t been linked to one with a man either.

Likelihood She’s Gay: Nine out of Ten - Moennig ranks right up there with Jodie Foster for women who are just so gay-it really seems even pointless to keep it under wraps any longer.
