Michelle Rodriguez reported to jail Sunday in Lynwood, Calif. to begin serving her six-month sentence for violating probation in a DUI case.According to the L.A. County Sheriff's Web site Michelle was booked at 4:33 p.m. in the same facility where Paris Hilton, Nicole Richie, and Lindsay Lohan did their time.
Although Superior Court Judge Daviann L. Mitchell forbid an early release for Rodriguez, the sheriff may have no choice but to override that order due to jail overcrowding, legal experts say.
The Michelle was sentenced on Oct. 10 after she "admitted violating her probation by failing to provide proof of completion of her community service and for consuming alcohol three times while wearing an alcohol-monitoring device," the L.A. City Attorney's office said.
ahh, Michelle I know this is not the first time you've been in jail, so you can probably handle yourself just fine. Look on the bright side, you might get a new girl friend out of it!

At least she doesn't have to worry about a background check for a job... Hollywood will give a job as long as you look good in their eyes and can act. Well, I don't know if Michelle can, but they obviously think she has the looks.
