Sweet! That's cool. I don't know if that works for female actors, though. Luckily, this gay thing hasn’t messed up my appeal to the gentlemen, because I have never had any problems meeting men. Maybe they get turned on by the idea of that!

Do you have an opinion on gay marriage?
I don’t know that it should be called marriage. But the idea of it is the same, and you should have the same quality of rights that a married person has. People think of marriage as something that is between a man and a woman, because it was created by God. Well, let God handle the judgment, too. You stay out of it.

In the October issue of Ebony, the Queen makes a statement about the rumored relationship betwee herself and her trainer Jeanette Jenkins: "No comment on that at all. I'm done commenting on all that ... It's ridiculous. I know me and that's all I need to know."

Then in a interview gay publication Dallas Voice the interviewer pointed out that disallowing the term marriage sometimes means denying the protection of domestic violence laws.
"I do support anyone who wants to be married, and I support gays and lesbians having the same rights as anyone else. So no, I don’t agree that gays and lesbians should not be protected against domestic violence, and to even try to goad me into, um, condoning something like that I think is kind of a shallow move on your behalf."

San Diego Major Loves His Gay Daughter!

San Diego Mayor Jerry Sanders San Diego has reversed his stance and joined the fight for gay rights. Stating that that he can no longer oppose same-sex marriages because he does not want to deny justice to people like his daughter, who is a lesbian.

Lisa Sanders gave a quote after the conference: I’m just very proud of my father. And to be a part of this. It’s about equality, and he’s doing the right thing, and I’m very confident in him.

New York Magazine is reporting that in the upcoming issue of the issue of the Advocate Senator Hillary Clinton is questioned by Sean Kennedy on just about everything and she does not come out looking very good.

Some hopeful gay voters take her carefully worded objections to marriage equality and interpret them as hints that she really, deep down, believes in it. But in the Advocate story, Clinton for the first time makes it aggressively clear that this is not the case. "I would tell you [if it was]," she said to Kennedy. "This is an issue that I’ve had very few years of my life to think about when you really look at it, when you compare it to a whole life span. I am where I am right now, and it is a position that I come to authentically."

Kennedy asks the senator directly what she thinks of the long-standing lesbian rumors about her, just because nobody ever has the balls to broach the subject. “People say a lot of things about me, so I really don’t pay any attention to it,” Hillary tells him blithely. “It’s not true, but it is something that I have no control over. People will say what they want to say.”

Oh Hillary.... I was hoping you might be on our side but maybe you're just as fake as your reputation. Who will stand by us?

GOVERNOR ARNOLD SCHWARZENEGGER said today, that he will veto the bill legalizing same-gender civil marriage because 61% percent of California voters favored Proposition 22 in March 2000. Ms. Kennedy agreed with the Governor's decision using Prop 22 (which only bars California from recognizing same-sex marriages performed outside California), when he used the same excuse to veto the bill in 2005. He says he will never sign this bill.

In 1948, if California voters had been allowed to vote on inter-racial marriage when the California Supreme Court struck down the anti-miscegenation law and found in favor of inter-racial marriage, over 72% of the voters would have voted against it.

Even though I, a plaintiff, am going to the California Supreme Court next year, (and the Governor has said he will "abide" by the CA Supreme Court's decision), I am not only extremely disappointed in the Governor's lack of courage, but am especially disappointed in Susan Kennedy, his chief of staff, whose "same gender wedding" I attended in Hawaii several years ago.Since I attended Susan's wedding, why is she so against attending mine?

Both Arnold and Susan know that it is unconstitutional for the majority to deny a minority equal protection under the law. To hide behind that [Prop 22] as an excuse, is cowardly and unforgivable, for both the Governor and especially for Ms. Kennedy, a lesbian. Rather then backing the Governor's decision with unacceptable excuses, I ask that Ms. Kennedy resign as Chief of Staff. If not, shame on you Susan, to side against your community, and deny civil marriage to your friends.

Condolezza Rice's Lesbian Evidence

I'm hoping this will be another republican gay scandal. I hoping she's gay and gets outed in a huge media scandal. Closeted gay politicians who harm the gay community by their actions or inactions deserve to be roughly outed and publicly embarrassed. Anyway I'm getting ahead of myself. In Glenn Kessler's new book The Confidante: Condoleezza Rice and the Creation of the Bush Legacy, Kessler makes some interesting revelations about Condoleezza and her personal life. Rice owns a home together and a line of credit with long time friend Randy Bean a documentary filmmaker (aka lesbian).

Bean explained the joint ownership and line of credit to Kessler by saying she had medical bills which left her financially drained and Rice helped her by co-purchasing the house along with a third person, Coit Blacker, a Stanford professor who is openly gay. Blacker later sold his line of credit to Rice and Bean.

Other reasons Rice is gay. Rice has never married and a handful of dates with eligible men organized by well-meaning friends have led nowhere romantically. Rice has said that her dream job is commissioner of the National Football League. Sure she's not gay.

And yes I am fighting hard not to make a Rice and Beans joke!

Rosie Talks About Her Self-Destructive Past

Rosie's upcoming memoir, Celebrity Detox due out Oct. 9th reveals some unknown truths about the star.

Rosie is would fracture her own limbs with a baseball bat or a wooden hanger. Choosing what to break she'd go for her hands and fingers usually. The motivation for the self-destructive acts were that O'donnell needed proof that she had some value, enough to be fixed. She also mentioned that there were many benefits to having a cast, in the middle of the night, it was a weapon. It is not mentioned in the book why she would need a weapon in the middle of the night.

She is also surprisingly kind to Elisabeth Hasselbeck, at least kinder then I would be. "Elisabeth, antiabortion, pro Bush, pro war, believes in everything I don't, and I believe in everything she doesn't," O'Donnell writes. "She's as slender as I am fat, as restrained as I am vociferous, as polite as I am frank. ... Right from the start ... I could see something fierce, a fist in the frill, and I liked that."

Ex Top Chef Contestant Beaten In Gay Attack

Josie Smith-Malave, who was featured on Season 2 of the Bravo channel show Top Chef, was asked to leave a Long Island Sea Cliff Bar after she was witnessed dancing with her partner.

10 youths followed the women out screaming anti-gay epithets, throwing debris, spitting at them and then beating them.

When police arrived, several of the attackers were still present but none were arrested.
